NFS Hot Pursuit Car Profiles: Porsche 911 Targa 4S

2010 Porsche 911 Targa 4S
Porsche have managed to create a car that combines the swoopiness of a coupe and the thrill of convertible. This is their end product: the 911 Targa 4S. It has the same looks, power, and feel of a regular 911 except this is a premier Porsche. The entire roof is a panoramic glass which stretches from the front window to the rear window so you can see the police helicopter hovering over you. These are just the basics, but is it a good all-rounder?

Panoramic Roof
In one word: Yes! The new 911 features a new 3.8 flat-6 engine producing 385 horsepower. The results are a 0 to 60 time of under 5 seconds and a top speed of 183 MPH. With the Nitrous on, you can achieve over 200 MPH in this. This Porsche stays true to its name, Targa 4S, with a patent-pended all-wheel drive system for traction and breakout off-road driving. This should help when evading the police.

Wet Driving
I tested this Porsche on the hills of Seacrest to really get the feel of the car. Luckily, I did. This car is very good in the corners and feels very light. The all-wheel drive system will help you maintain a straight position once getting out of a drift. But, what's cool about this car is that its fast. I pitted this car against an Alfa 8C, which is very fast, but I found it difficult to catch up to the Targa 4S. It's very light and grippy in the corners. I managed to do some high speed drifting with this and it was rather fun. I guess Porsches are known for being impossible to catch up to and fun drive as well.

4-wheel Drifting
So, in conclusion, this is very fast and cool little thing. You can drive this Porsche as a racer or...

as a cop. You decide. Either way, this car is indeed brilliant!
