When the new CLS 63 AMG was revealed at the LA Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz announced that their performance division, AMG, have formed a partnership with the Italian Motorbike manufacturer Ducati.
"AMG and Ducati ideally complement each other...This long-term cooperation will help us to jointly access new customer groups." - Ola Källenius, CEO of AMG
What does this mean for AMG and Ducati? New sponsorship deals! AMG will become an official sponsor for Ducati MotoGP races and Ducati will become a sponsor for AMG races. Also, we might see some Ducati at Mercedes-Benz Dealers and some AMG at Ducati dealers. Who knows? This might be a good partnership.
