2012 Fiat 500 (U.S Spec) |
The Fiat 500 is back and is now headed towards our shores for next year. It might not be as powerful as a Mini Cooper, or smaller than a Smart Car, but, rest assured, it drives as good, or even better, than both. Under the hood, this U.S spec peppy car has a 1.4-liter MultiAir 4-cylinder engine producing 101 horsepower. The car will come with a standard 5-speed manual transmission with a 6-speed automatic as a U.S. exclusive option. Prices start at $15,500, making it very good value. However, if you're a hard baller and like small cars, there is a Fiat that can suit your needs.

2012 Fiat 500 Abarth (U.S Spec) |
This is the Fiat 500 Abarth, also coming to our shores. To celebrate its coming, Fiat thought about making the U.S spec Abarth much more powerful than the Euro Spec Abarth. It's 1.4-liter MultiAir engine now harbors a turbocharger increasing the horsepower from 101 to 170! That's 35 more horsepower than the Euro Spec Abarth and 10 more than the top of the line esseesse Abarth. We are getting lucky! Pricing has not been announced yet for this car, but it might be reasonable.
